HOW TO BOOK A STAY AT A FAMILY HOLIDAY?
A stay at our seaside resort in Dziwnówek can be booked via: phone contact, email message, booking form on our website
After making a reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation by email. To confirm the reservation, the guest must pay a deposit of approximately 35% of the total booking value. The deposit has to be paid within 7 days of making the reservation (in some cases, the payment deadline may be shorter). The remaining amount is payable on the day of arrival during check-in.
Upon request, we issue VAT invoices for private individuals, companies, or guests who settle their stay through an employer or a subsidy. To issue an invoice, please provide the VAT number and billing details at the time of booking. Without this information, it will not be possible to issue an invoice later.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR GUESTS
- Each cottage at Family Holiday SPA & Resort in Dziwnówek is equipped with: bed linen, beach loungers, beach windbreak with cover and mallet Towels and bathrobes can be rented for an additional fee (according to the price list). Hotel rooms are equipped with towels.
- At the reception desk,k you can borrow free of charge: hair dryer, iron and ironing board, books, sports equipment
- Waste segregation containers are available in the parking area. Due to Family Holiday SPA & Resort's eco-friendly policy, waste segregation is mandatory. Failure to comply with these rules may result in an additional fee.
- At the reception, you can also receive free of charge: garbage bags (including recycling bags), toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, sponges, dishwasher capsules. Guests can also use the washing machine for an additional fee (laundry capsules are provided).
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottages.
- Hotel check-in begins at: 16:00 on weekdays, 17:00 on weekends. Upon arrival, please check in at the reception desk, where our receptionist will provide all necessary information about your stay and guide you to your cottage or room. If your accommodation is ready earlier, early check-in may be possible free of charge.
