By performing any of the aforementioned actions, the Guest confirms that they have read and accepted the terms of these Regulations.
2. These Regulations apply to all Guests staying at the Family Holiday Resort in Dziwnówek.
3. These Regulations are available at the Resort’s Reception and on the website www.family-holiday.pl.
4. Rooms and cottages are rented on a "hotel night" basis. A hotel night begins at 4:00 p.m. on weekdays and 5:00 p.m. on weekends, and ends at 11:00 a.m. the following day.
5. Upon arrival, the Guest is required to complete all formalities related to check-in and settlement of the stay.
6. Payment for the stay at the Family Holiday Resort, including the local fee, is collected in advance. Payment may be made in cash on the day of arrival or by card or bank transfer no later than 1 day before the start of services.
7. Any change to the arrival or departure date (e.g, late arrival, early departure, cancellation of stay) does not entitle the Guest to a reduction in the price or to a refund of any amount.
8. The Guest may not transfer the room or cottage to third parties, even if the period for which payment has been made has not yet expired.
9. At the Guest’s request, an additional person may be accommodated in the rented cottage or room only after obtaining prior approval from the Resort management, completing registration formalities, and paying the applicable fee. Children are counted towards the total occupancy of cottages and rooms. The maximum number of persons per accommodation unit, as defined in the price lists, must not be exceeded.
10. The Resort does not tolerate disrespectful behavior, aggression, drunkenness, nudity, foul language, or arrogance. Any Guest whose behavior causes discomfort, fear, or a lack of safety among the staff or other Guests may be expelled from the Resort. A Guest under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants who disrupts the peaceful stay of others or the operation of the Resort may be ordered to leave the Resort immediately, if necessary, in the presence of security personnel or the police.

It is also forbidden to bring flammable materials, explosives, or items with unpleasant odors into the accommodation units.
26. The Resort bears no responsibility for valuables or cash left in cottages or rooms. Guests are advised to exercise proper care, including locking windows and doors when leaving their accommodations.
